Wills and Trusts
Preparing an estate plan can be one of the most important things you can do to provide for your family and loved ones in the unfortunate event of your death. For over 30 years, our firm has been working with individuals and families to assure that their wishes are set forth in accordance with Missouri law, so that their assets are not held up in probate or litigation following their death. Because we also practice in the area of probate and trust litigation, we are able to anticipate the potential issues that can arise and take that into account in assuring our clients’ estate plans are in order.
After consulting with one of our attorneys, we will be able to recommend the best course of action for you, as well as estimate the cost of preparing your estate plan. In addition to Wills and Trusts, we prepare Durable Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Directives and those documents necessary to effectuate a non-probate transfer pursuant to Chapter 461 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, including Beneficiary Deeds.
